Our highest grade coffee, bar none. Note: I personally hand selected these beans from a fair trade farmer and friend who runs a plantation high upon the Doi Chaang mountains in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Thai coffee beans are seldom carried or shipped to the US by coffee importers;thus, making it one of the hardest beans to come by.
It has a wonderful floral aroma: tastes of orange-like citrus, dark chocolate, and hints of raisins. Roasted to medium dark (City), it's full bodied with consistent earthy and chocolaty tones throughout.
